Develop and execute marketing strategies that directly drive product sales through our website and TikTok Shop Plan, create, and oversee informative, genuinely helpful content that builds trust and engagement while guiding audiences towards our products Produce occasional purely educational content to attract and nurture new audiences Help guide a transition into a more professional, sleek, and sophisticated marketing style and brand presence Optimise product listings and descriptions for SEO on Shopify to boost visibility and conversion Ensure all new products uploaded to Shopify are visible and correctly linked to TikTok Shop (training will be provided) Manage and track performance on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and (optionally) X (Twitter) Engage with the community by responding to comments and nurturing relationships to support conversions Monitor analytics across all platforms and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, reach, and sales conversion Stay informed about and pursue monetisation opportunities across platforms (e.g. creator marketplace, live monetisation, product tagging features) Schedule content using TikTok Business Center and Meta Business Suite, or through a cross-platform scheduling tool (Sub to be discussed) Collaborate with the Founder (the face of the brand) to plan and film content — initially working alongside her to align with the brand’s core vision, with the opportunity to grow into a lead role on the creative direction of future video content Potential future opportunity to co-host or run TikTok Lives, creatively showcasing and selling our crystals, jewellery, and services in ways that feel natural and aligned (not just hard sales, e.g. themed or lifestyle-style lives such as “doing makeup while showcasing products”) Edit videos and streamline content for multiple platforms using professional editing software Track key astrological events, energy shifts, and trending topics in the spiritual community to align marketing campaigns with what is current Maintain awareness of ethical and cultural considerations (e.g. closed practices such as white sage), ensuring content reflects our integrity and values Support the promotion of our healing services, e-books, and other upcoming spiritual offerings
