Handle a comprehensive caseload of third party MVA litigation matters (excluding RAF). Draft and review summonses, pleadings, notices, and affidavits. Conduct court appearances, pre-trial conferences, and settlement negotiations. Manage liability assessments, quantum evaluations, and recovery actions. Provide strategic legal advice and conduct in-depth legal research. Liaise with clients, counsel, and experts to ensure smooth case progress. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys or support staff when required. Maintain accurate case files in compliance with LPC and firm standards. Desired Experience & Qualification: Matric (Grade 12). LLB Degree . Admitted Attorney with 5–10 years post-admission experience. Registered with the Legal Practice Council (LPC). Proven experience in Motor Vehicle Litigation (liabilities/recoveries).
